KiDiGi ships internationally to customers around the world. The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
When ordering from KiDiGi, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. All orders placed on our webstore, www.kidigi.com, are shipped without insurance.
KiDiGi will not ship products with noticeable physical damage.If you receive a damaged package, you must notify KiDiGi immediately via email at,firstname.lastname@example.org, or take a look at our warranty policy. Damaged packages must be held at the destination location with the original packaging for the carrier to inspect prior to return shipment. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no refund or replacement will be given. KiDiGi is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Purchases sent to addresses outside the Hong Kong may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. If a shipment is abandoned or you refuse a shipment due to the local taxes or duties not being paid, KiDiGi will not issue you a refund for your order.
International Shipping Method, Times & Rates
Once an order is placed it can take 1-3 business days to process and ship the order. KiDiGi uses UPS/Fedex/DHL/ for all international shipments placed on our website. International orders can take up to 10-25 days to arrive to its destination pending any customs delays. To find out the cost of shipping check out the shipping calculator on our checkout page.

4. Input your shipping address.
5. The website page will then calculate the total shipping costs.

These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the items you order. Expected delivery dates are estimates only. Orders can be delayed due to order processing and verification or if the items are regularly stocked. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
Guaranteed delivery dates for items shipped in a timely manner from KiDiGi are the responsibilities of the carrier. Please note that these dates do not include dates a package is held requiring a signature for delivery; it is the customer’s responsibility to be there or arrange to have an authorized agent sign. KiDiGi cannot assume liability for late deliveries.
If a product is labeled as being on "Backorder" or “Pre-order” status, and if an estimated date is available, we will indicate the shipping/back-in-stock date. We cannot, however, guarantee the date of arrival listed.
Our web store currently supports shipments to all countries around the world, except for the following: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Indonesia.
